Starting Salary: $45 to $48,000 annually with additional $3500 Travel/Expenses and Benefits: Earned PAL/holiday Leave Time (120 hrs/year), 6 month Probation/Training Period. This is a Full Time 40 hr/week position that includes 30 hrs of direct care treatment delivery, 10 hrs paid time for travel, documentation and supervision. Treatment therapy for children is provided within the home and office settings.
*Residency Supervision provided for staff remaining 6 months and eligible for reimbursement.
BCBA/LBA Clinician (Autism): Full Time 20-25 hours of direct care therapy and supervision per week for a staff member on board responsible for the behavioral treatment plans and delivery of therapy to children and their families working within a clinical team. SALARY: Negotiable based on availability and commitment to care.
***THESE ARE IMMEDIATE HIRE FULL TIME POSITIONS WITH PREFERABLY 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A TREATMENT SETTING WITH CHILDREN. THESE ARE NOT 1099 CONTRACT POSITIONS OR PART TIME OFFERINGS FOR THOSE SEEKING 2ND JOBS. UPON COMPLETION OF 6 MONTH PROBATION, STAFF IN GOOD STANDING ARE ELIGIBLE FOR SIGN ON BONUS.
